The City of Jersey Village sends an email update approximately two times a month about upcoming events, meetings, and the latest information from the city. You can sign up below to receive these emails. You can also sign up for specific email lists to get information about those specific departments.

Push Notifications

The City can send push notifications to those that have our mobile app. Some push notifications are sent for specific areas only. In order to receive those alerts users must give their app permission to have location access set to "Always". Download the app to your phone using the links below.

Text Message and Phone Call Alerts

Residents can sign up for text message and phone call alerts. Residents that have an active utility account with the city are eligible for this.

The City of Jersey Village is excited to announce residents can now sign up to receive their utility bill via email every month. 

It is easy to register for these. 

1. Use this link to go to your online utility bill account.
2. Log in to your account. If you don't have an account click on "Register".
3. Once you're logged in click on Water/Sewer at the top or on the right hand side. 
   
4. If your account is not listed there click on "Add Account". If your account is listed skip to step 6.
   
5. Enter your Account Number and last payment amount, which you can find on your most recent bill. 
   
6. On the right hand side click on "Sign up for Reminders".
   
7. Select the text or phone call option and put in your telephone number.
   
8. Click Update and you are done!
